Rights of Use
The commission types described here are for personal use.
You retain all rights to characters of your own creation if
used in a piece
you commissioned from us. You also retain the rights to
repost the work in a
non profit manner. You however do not own the
commercial rights to the image.
If you are interested in a commission for commercial use,
please contact us directly.
We retain the rights to repost the art here, on our
personal website,
as well as other online galleries such as Deviantart.com.
We also
retain the right to use the work in a personal portfolio,
or to post as a commission sample.
Unless an agreement is come to beforehand, no prints will
be made of your commissioned piece.
Note that if the client fails to pay in any manner,
we retain the right to alter and resell the art.
However, you will be informed ahead of time of this,
and given the chance to correct nonpayment.
Payment
We require payment before any work will be shown or sent.
In the case of commissions that are $50 or over, we are
open to being paid
in installments. Just be sure to mention you will be paying
this
way beforehand, and keep in mind that a completed piece
will not be shown
or send until we have been paid in full.
When the agreed upon sum is received, you will be
placed in the que and work will begin.
Note that once work has begun, a full refund is no longer
available.
The further we are into the commission, the more payment
will be taken out of the refund.
